New roofs and re-roofs
Whole roofs off and back on. Pitched roofs tiled or slated, flat roofs in EPDM rubber, and everything that has to be led in around them. Here is some of what we have finished.

no surprises
Get up and look
We come out and get on the roof rather than guessing from the ground, and tell you what it actually needs.
Price it in writing
Materials, labour and access, on paper before anything starts. No day rates that drift.
Strip and re-deck
Old covering off, timbers checked and made good, new membrane and battens or a new flat deck on.
Cover and finish
Tiles hung or EPDM laid, then the lead, valleys, dormers, fascias and gutters. Site cleared before we go.
EPDM rubber,
laid in one piece
Extensions, garages, dormers and whole rear elevations. The deck gets boarded out and made level first — laying a new covering over a tired deck is how you end up doing the job twice.
Then a single sheet of EPDM over the top, dressed down the edges and finished with a trim. No laps, no torch, no seams to open up.
