Most of the expensive jobs we get called to started as something small that got left. If you can see any of these from the ground, it is worth a call before the winter does the rest.

- Sagging or dipping along the roof line
- Water getting in around a chimney or valley
- Pooling, blistering or splits on a flat roof
- Gutters overflowing or pulling off the wall
Flat roofs
Patch it, or
do it once
A flat roof with one split can be patched and will be fine for a while. A flat roof that is blistering all over, holding water and has soft boards underneath cannot be patched into a good roof — you just end up paying twice.
We will get up there and tell you honestly which one you have got. If a repair will see you through a few more years, that is what we will quote for.
